Au laboratoire d'analyses inorganiques d\u2019AGAT \u00e0 Saint-Laurent, Fabien encadre une \u00e9quipe multidisciplinaire et supervise les op\u00e9rations analytiques. Ses travaux actuels portent principalement sur les applications en chimie alimentaire, avec un engagement marqu\u00e9 \u00e0 offrir un service au-del\u00e0 de l\u2019analyse.
