Par la suite, Carter a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 AGAT (anciennement Hycal Energy \/ Weatherford \/ Stratum), o\u00f9 il a consacr\u00e9 plus de 25 ans aux projets d\u2019analyse PVT et d\u2019analyse sp\u00e9ciale des carottes, acc\u00e9dant \u00e0 des postes de direction dans le d\u00e9veloppement des affaires et les op\u00e9rations. Il a notamment supervis\u00e9 les services sur le terrain, l\u2019analyse sp\u00e9ciale des carottes et les \u00e9tudes sur les fluides de r\u00e9servoir pour des projets situ\u00e9s dans le bassin s\u00e9dimentaire de l\u2019Ouest canadien, diverses r\u00e9gions des \u00c9tats-Unis et des march\u00e9s internationaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tout au long de sa carri\u00e8re, Carter a fait preuve d\u2019un leadership exceptionnel, d\u2019une expertise technique approfondie et d\u2019un engagement constant envers l\u2019innovation en ing\u00e9nierie des r\u00e9servoirs.
