Leah apporte plus de dix ans d\u2019expertise en tant que g\u00e9ologue et g\u00e9ochimiste, avec une exp\u00e9rience diversifi\u00e9e dans les secteurs de l\u2019exploration, de l\u2019exploitation mini\u00e8re, du conseil en environnement et de l\u2019agriculture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leah occupait tout r\u00e9cemment le poste de gestionnaire mondiale du produit MMI chez SGS, o\u00f9 elle supervisait les op\u00e9rations et les programmes techniques en Am\u00e9rique du Nord et du Sud, en Europe de l\u2019Est et en Australie. Son leadership a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans l\u2019avancement des m\u00e9thodologies g\u00e9ochimiques \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9chelle mondiale, tout en guidant les clients et les \u00e9quipes internes avec rigueur technique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle d\u00e9tient un baccalaur\u00e9at en sciences avec distinction en g\u00e9ologie de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Acadia, ainsi que des \u00e9tudes sup\u00e9rieures \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Queen\u2019s, o\u00f9 elle s\u2019est concentr\u00e9e sur la mobilit\u00e9 des \u00e9l\u00e9ments dans les gisements sous couverture profonde. Ses forces techniques incluent l\u2019interpr\u00e9tation des donn\u00e9es g\u00e9ochimiques, la gestion de programmes d\u2019\u00e9chantillonnage des sols, et l\u2019att\u00e9nuation des risques multidisciplinaires. Au-del\u00e0 de ses r\u00e9alisations professionnelles, Leah est une ardente d\u00e9fenseure de l\u2019\u00e9ducation, du mentorat et de l\u2019engagement communautaire. Elle a occup\u00e9 des r\u00f4les d\u2019assistante \u00e0 l\u2019enseignement, de pr\u00e9sidente de club \u00e9tudiant et de responsable de recherche, et elle est membre active du PDAC, de l\u2019AAG et de la PGO.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son nouveau r\u00f4le, Leah contribuera \u00e0 la croissance continue et \u00e0 l\u2019innovation d\u2019AGAT en identifiant et en d\u00e9veloppant de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s de march\u00e9.
