Dans ce r\u00f4le, Andrea supervisera les op\u00e9rations analytiques, maintiendra l'excellence en assurance qualit\u00e9 et soutiendra la croissance des services environnementaux d'AGAT dans la r\u00e9gion de l'Atlantique.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-63d4629\" data-block-id=\"63d4629\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Andrea a d\u00e9but\u00e9 son parcours chez AGAT Laboratoires en 2016 et a jou\u00e9 un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le lancement de notre laboratoire de St. John\u2019s, \u00e0 Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador, en 2018. En tant que seule personne en laboratoire \u00e0 l'\u00e9poque, elle a dirig\u00e9 le d\u00e9veloppement des m\u00e9thodes, la validation et les audits d'accr\u00e9ditation, \u00e9tablissant ainsi les bases du succ\u00e8s op\u00e9rationnel.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-431b7a2\" data-block-id=\"431b7a2\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">En 2020, Andrea a rejoint notre site de Dartmouth, o\u00f9 elle a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 l'\u00e9quipe des services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le. Elle est pass\u00e9e de coordinatrice de projet \u00e0 repr\u00e9sentante principale des services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le et, plus r\u00e9cemment, elle a occup\u00e9 le poste de chef d'\u00e9quipe des services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le de l'Atlantique. Dans chacune de ces fonctions, Andrea a fait preuve d'un service qui va au-del\u00e0 de l'analyse, \u00e9quilibrant constamment l'expertise technique avec un \u00e9tat d'esprit ax\u00e9 sur le client.<\/p><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-stackable-text stk-block-text stk-block stk-e7be872\" data-block-id=\"e7be872\"><p class=\"stk-block-text__text\">Andrea d\u00e9tient un baccalaur\u00e9at en chimie de l'Universit\u00e9 Saint Mary\u2019s et apporte une combinaison solide d'exp\u00e9rience en laboratoire et en services \u00e0 la client\u00e8le \u00e0 son nouveau r\u00f4le de direction.
