Terms and Conditions of Purchase – AGAT Radon and Water Test Kits

By purchasing AGAT testing kits (including Radon Kits and Water Test Kits), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

1. Ownership of Testing Kits

All testing kits, including E-Perm devices and water sampling components, remain the sole property of AGAT Laboratories unless otherwise indicated. Radon Kits must be returned to AGAT for analysis.

2. Client Responsibility

The client is responsible for:

  • Ensuring the safe return of all required components in good condition (Radon Kits only).
  • Following all instructions for proper sample collection and return (both Radon and Water Kits).
  • Using the kits within the recommended timeframes.

3. Return Timeline for Radon Kits

  • Short-Term Radon Kits must be returned within 44 days from the date of shipment by AGAT.
  • Long-Term Radon Kits must be returned within 121 days from the date of shipment by AGAT.
  • After deployment has been completed, E-Perm devices must be received by AGAT within 30 days.

4. Replacement Charges for Radon Kits

A fee of $100.00 CAD will be charged to the client for each E-Perm device that:

  • Is not returned,
  • Is returned in damaged condition,
  • Or is returned after the deadline.

5. Water Test Kits

All parts of Water Test Kits need to be returned.All water samples must be shipped to AGAT within the timeframe and conditions outlined in the kit instructions. Failure to do so may result in the test being invalid.

6. Acceptance of Terms

These terms must be reviewed and accepted prior to completing your purchase. Failure to comply may result in additional charges or invalidated results.
