How to Use a Long-Term Radon Testing Device
Long-term radon testing provides a complete picture at year-round average radon levels in homes, businesses, and schools. These tests are best performed in fall and winter between October and April for 91+ days. Studies have shown long-term radon testing provides 96 percent accuracy in radon readings compared to low-accuracy short-term testing. Currently, we offer two different devices for long-term radon testing. Please take note of the design of your device and see the corresponding instructions below.
