With more than 15 years of experience in marketing, communications, and brand strategy, Fallon has played a critical role in shaping and advancing AGAT’s brand presence, storytelling, and market positioning. Her leadership has been instrumental in elevating AGAT’s visibility across Canada and the United States, supporting the company’s growth, diversification, and continued investment in the industries and communities we serve.

Throughout her career, Fallon has worked with respected organizations including Marriott Autograph Hotels, Delta Hotels, and Folk Music Canada, delivering impactful branding, digital marketing, and communications strategies. Her ability to translate complex business objectives into compelling, cohesive narratives has consistently strengthened brand equity and driven engagement across diverse audiences. Additionally, her proven leadership has helped elevate colleagues and team members around her, fostering high-performing teams through her ability to motivate, inspire and energize those she leads.

As Vice President, Marketing & Communications, Fallon will provide strategic leadership over AGAT’s brand, communications, marketing, and creative functions. She will continue to guide enterprise-wide initiatives including corporate branding, digital strategy, external communications, event and industry engagement, and internal alignment—ensuring AGAT’s story, values, and investments are clearly and consistently communicated.
