AGAT Laboratories is pleased to announce the promotion of Jessica Pososki to the position of Director, Business Development. In this role, Jessica will lead new corporate revenue initiatives to strengthen AGAT’s market presence, deepen key client partnerships, and drive strategic growth across the Environmental and Energy sectors.
When she first joined AGAT Laboratories in 2019, Jessica was stationed in our Northern Alberta field operations, providing her with a foundational opportunity to understand the Energy and Resources industry from the ground up. This hands-on experience allowed her to develop a deep appreciation for the full lifecycle of analytical services and client operations.
Over the years, Jessica has advanced through multiple progressive roles, most recently serving as National Account Executive, where she played a pivotal role in the national expansion of AGAT’s Geotechnical Division. In this capacity, she successfully led the introduction of new service offerings into previously untapped markets, further diversifying AGAT’s analytical scope. Her leadership in developing new markets, building cross-functional teams, and delivering client-focused growth strategies has been integral to AGAT’s continued success.
With more than a decade of experience spanning business development, client strategy, and leadership, Jessica brings a strong combination of technical insight and commercial acumen. She is known for her ability to identify opportunities, mentor high-performing teams, and execute growth plans that align with AGAT’s vision of Service Beyond Analysis. As Director, Business Development, Jessica will focus on advancing AGAT’s strategic growth initiatives, enhancing client experience across service lines, and supporting AGAT’s long-term objectives through innovation and collaboration.
