AGAT Laboratories is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Howard to Market Sector Lead – Environmental within AGAT’s Environmental Division. In this role, Kelly will provide strategic leadership across key environmental market sectors, working closely with national clients, regional sales teams, and operational leaders to drive growth, strengthen client relationships, and enhance service delivery across AGAT’s laboratory network.
Kelly brings more than two decades of experience with AGAT Laboratories and has built an exceptional career supporting the growth and evolution of the company’s environmental services. Throughout her tenure, she has held a number of leadership roles across business development, national accounts, and marketing, developing a deep understanding of the environmental and energy sectors and the complex needs of clients operating within them.
Kelly most recently served as Director of Business Development, following previous leadership roles where she directly managed some of AGAT’s largest analytical service contracts in Western Canada. Across these roles, Kelly has played a key role in strengthening national client relationships, expanding strategic accounts, and supporting cross-regional collaboration to deliver integrated laboratory solutions.
In her new role as Market Sector Lead – Environmental, Kelly will take a hands-on leadership role in supporting major key accounts while driving sales growth across AGAT’s environmental portfolio. She will mentor and support regional sales teams, help align national sales strategies, and focus on enhancing service delivery across the full client value chain. Kelly will also play an important role in leading special projects, supporting key industry events, and advancing strategic initiatives that position AGAT as a leader in environmental laboratory services. With 20 years of experience in this industry Kelly truly understands how important service deliverables like quality, turn around time and ease of communication is to our clients. Her aptitude for finding innovative solutions to complex site issues has made her a true value within her network, and we look forward to her continuing to elevate AGATs position within industry.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Lethbridge, and her deep industry knowledge, client-focused leadership, and long-standing commitment to AGAT’s success make her exceptionally well suited for this role.
