Purchase Agreement
By purchasing any AGAT Radon Testing Kit (short-term, long-term, or water), you agree that all included Radon Testing Devices (E-PERM) or water sampling bottles remain the property of AGAT Laboratories while in your custody and must be returned in good condition for analysis. The client is responsible for a charge of $100 for each device not returned in good condition or within the required timeframe: 30 days after testing period for Radon Testing Devices (E-PERM) (121 days after shipment for long-term kits and 44 days after shipment for short-term kits), and within 10 days of receipt for water sampling bottles.
