AGAT Laboratories is pleased to announce the appointment of Royce Luu as Manager of Lubricants & Fuels Testing.
In this role, Royce will leverage his strong technical foundation and hands-on experience in automotive and heavy-duty environments to support the continued growth and operational excellence of AGAT’s Lubricants & Fuel Testing Division. With a demonstrated ability to bridge technical execution and business operations, he brings a practical, solutions-driven approach that will enhance service delivery, optimize equipment reliability, and strengthen client satisfaction across the division.
Royce joins AGAT with over a decade of experience as a Red Seal Automotive Service Technician, including leadership roles in high-volume service environments. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in preventative maintenance planning, regulatory compliance (CVIP & AMVIC), vendor coordination, and data-driven operational management. His strong leadership capabilities and commitment to continuous improvement position him well to drive efficiency and innovation within the division.
Royce holds a Red Seal Journeyman Certification from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology (NAIT) and has completed advanced manufacturer training through Toyota’s TECSMART program.
With AGAT Laboratories’ continued focus on growth and innovation, Royce’s leadership will play a critical role in strengthening the AGAT Lubricants & Fuel Testing Division and driving improved performance and reliability outcomes for our clients.
