Corporate Announcement – Kyle Anand

We are pleased to announce Kyle Anand as Talent Acquisition Specialist at AGAT Laboratories.

Kyle brings a strong foundation in human resources and recruitment, with experience spanning talent acquisition, onboarding, employee support and HR operations. Throughout his career, he has developed particular strength in recruitment, having managed candidate pipelines, sourced and screened applicants, conducted interviews and supported hiring and onboarding across multiple locations and roles.

Since joining AGAT, Kyle has continued to evolve within the HR function, taking on increasing responsibility and becoming a trusted resource in supporting our recruitment needs. His ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers, understand the needs of the business and move recruitment initiatives forward has made talent acquisition a natural area of focus for his continued growth.

In his role as Talent Acquisition Specialist, Kyle will focus on strengthening AGAT’s recruitment efforts and supporting our teams in attracting and securing the talent needed as the organization continues to grow. Working closely with hiring managers and the broader HR team, he will help coordinate recruitment activities, build candidate pipelines and support a consistent and positive hiring experience across the organization.

Kyle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication Studies from the University of Calgary, along with a Human Resources Fundamentals Certificate, complementing his practical HR experience with a strong background in communication and relationship building..
