AGAT is pleased to announce the appointment of Kim Risi as Director – Business Development, Ontario & Atlantic Canada.
Kim joins AGAT with more than 35 years of experience in the environmental testing industry, bringing a proven track record of sales leadership, business development, customer relationship management, and operational growth. Throughout her career, Kim has demonstrated a deep understanding of regulatory requirements, customer needs, and market dynamics, consistently delivering results through a customer-focused approach and a commitment to service excellence.
Most recently, Kim served in senior business development leadership roles within the environmental laboratory industry, where she was responsible for guiding regional growth initiatives, developing high-performing sales teams, and strengthening customer relationships across a diverse client base. Her extensive experience spans sales leadership, customer experience management, strategic planning, and market development, providing her with a well-rounded perspective on the evolving needs of the industry.
In her new role with AGAT, Kim will be responsible for leading the overall business development strategy, revenue growth initiatives, and sales performance across Ontario and Atlantic Canada. Working closely with regional sales leaders, operational teams, and executive leadership, she will focus on strengthening AGAT’s market position, driving sustainable growth, and fostering a high-performance culture centered on customer success. In addition to her regional responsibilities, Kim will serve as an executive sponsor for designated national accounts, supporting strategic account development and helping ensure a consistent Service Beyond Analysis experience for key customers across Canada.
Kim’s appointment reflects AGAT’s continued commitment to investing in experienced leadership that combines industry expertise, strategic vision, and a passion for customer service. Her extensive background in environmental services, team development, and business growth will be instrumental as we continue to expand our capabilities and strengthen our relationships with clients across the country.
