Corporate Announcement – Lisa Boyd

AGAT Laboratories is pleased to announce that Lisa Boyd has joined the organization as the new Business Development Manager for the Environmental Division in Ontario. Lisa brings over 20 years of experience across customer service, logistics, and sales leadership, making her an excellent addition to our team.

Lisa’s career spans a range of high-performance roles within the environmental and industrial sectors, including leadership positions at Bosch Rexroth Canada, GFL Environmental, and Newalta Corporation. Her expertise includes team management, process improvement, customer engagement, and the development of value-driven solutions—critical skills that align with AGAT’s commitment to “Service Beyond Analysis.”

With a background as a Laboratory Technician, Lisa spent much of her early career gaining hands-on lab and project management experience at PSC Analytical. She then expanded her expertise by successfully leading inside sales, dispatch, and customer service operations. Lisa’s technical foundation, combined with her strategic business insight, passion for people, and adaptable, disciplined leadership style, positions her to effectively support our clients and drive growth across Ontario.

In her new role, Lisa will work closely with clients and internal teams to expand AGAT’s Environmental services throughout the region. Her leadership will be instrumental in continuing to strengthen our client partnerships and supporting AGAT in delivering analytical excellence.
