We are pleased to announce Erin Friesen as Manager, Corporate Services at AGAT Laboratories.
Erin brings more than 15 years of progressive experience spanning regulatory compliance, quality systems, operations and corporate administration, with a strong track record of developing processes, strengthening governance and leading cross-functional initiatives. Most recently, Erin served as Director, Compliance & Regulatory, where she was responsible for regulatory compliance and quality governance within the pharmaceutical and medical device sector.
A significant focus of Erin’s role at AGAT will be supporting and strengthening the quality system across Western Canada. Her extensive experience in quality systems, audit readiness, corrective and preventive actions, change control, documentation and process development will bring valuable additional oversight and coordination to this important area of our business. Throughout her career, Erin has successfully redesigned compliance frameworks, implemented quality systems and worked across departments to build a strong culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Beyond quality and compliance, Erin brings considerable operational leadership experience. She has managed administrative operations, HR programs, procurement, customer service, facilities and strategic projects, while developing policies and procedures designed to improve efficiency and strengthen service delivery.
In her role as Manager, Corporate Services, Erin will work collaboratively across the organization to strengthen corporate processes and provide leadership and coordination in key areas of operational support, with a particular focus on ensuring our Western Canadian quality systems continue to evolve alongside AGAT’s growth.
Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Calgary, with a Minor in Law and Society, and brings a collaborative, process-driven approach to organizational improvement.
