We are pleased to announce that Dana Kulchyski has been appointed Manager – Human Resources at AGAT Laboratories.
Dana has already made a strong impact at AGAT through her work in Proposal Coordination, where she has demonstrated exceptional organization, collaboration and an ability to bring structure to complex, cross-functional work. We are excited to see her bring these strengths to our Human Resources team.
Dana brings a strong foundation in business, project management and cross-functional coordination, supported by an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and a background in business accounting. As a certified Project Management Professional, she brings a structured, process-driven approach to her work and a strong understanding of how people, processes and business needs come together. In her new role, we will also lean on this experience to help coordinate and optimize our HR systems, including our work with ADP.
In her new role, Dana will oversee HR activities across AGAT, supporting teams throughout the organization. She will also apply her project management and systems expertise to coordinate and improve our HR systems, processes and related initiatives, helping ensure consistent, efficient practices that support AGAT’s continued growth.
Dana’s transition is also a great example of our commitment to recognizing talent from within AGAT and creating opportunities for our people to grow their careers while bringing their experience and knowledge of the organization into new areas.
