AGAT Laboratories is pleased to announce the promotion of Kelly Howard to Vice President – Revenue & Growth.
In this expanded executive leadership role, Kelly will be responsible for advancing AGAT’s revenue and growth strategy, with a focus on strengthening commercial performance, accelerating organic growth, expanding key client relationships, and ensuring greater alignment between our clients, sales teams, operations and broader corporate strategy.
Kelly brings more than two decades of experience with AGAT Laboratories and has built her career alongside the continued growth and evolution of the company. During her tenure, she has held leadership positions across business development, national accounts, marketing and market development, providing her with an exceptional understanding of AGAT’s clients, services and the industries we serve.
Most recently, as Market Sector Lead – Environmental, Kelly has provided strategic leadership across AGAT’s environmental markets, working closely with major national clients, regional sales teams and operational leaders. Her ability to build strong client relationships, identify opportunities for growth and bring teams together around the needs of the customer has been instrumental in strengthening AGAT’s position in the market. Her previous leadership experience also includes responsibility for some of AGAT’s largest analytical service contracts in Western Canada.
As Vice President – Revenue & Growth, Kelly’s mandate will extend beyond individual markets and accounts to focus on the continued development of AGAT’s overall commercial strategy. She will work across the organization to identify and advance growth opportunities, strengthen strategic and national accounts, support the development and performance of our sales teams, and ensure that our commercial priorities remain closely connected to operational capabilities and the evolving needs of our clients.
A particular strength Kelly brings to this position is her understanding that sustainable revenue growth is ultimately built on client experience and service delivery. With more than 20 years in the industry, she understands the importance our clients place on quality, turnaround time, responsiveness and ease of communication, and has consistently demonstrated an ability to find innovative solutions to complex client and site challenges.
Kelly holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Lethbridge. Her extensive industry knowledge, commercial experience, client-focused leadership and long-standing commitment to AGAT make her exceptionally well suited to lead this next phase of our revenue and growth strategy.
