AGAT Laboratories is pleased to announce the appointment of Kelly Nelson to the position of Director of Operations – Arizona. This appointment reflects Kelly’s extensive leadership experience, strong business acumen, and proven ability to drive operational excellence and growth.
Kelly brings over two decades of experience spanning laboratory operations, executive leadership, and commercial strategy. She possesses deep expertise in laboratory management, finance, human resources, compliance, and sales, combined with a collaborative leadership style that fosters high-performing teams and sustainable business success.
Her background also includes significant experience in scaling laboratory sales and operations. As Regional Sales Manager at Millennium Health, Kelly built and led a high-performing team of 14 representatives across the Southwest, driving market expansion and establishing strong relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.
Throughout her career, Kelly has demonstrated a strong ability to implement effective business strategies, mentor teams, and navigate complex and evolving environments. Her background includes building and managing successful organizations, developing sales and marketing strategies, and ensuring alignment between operational execution and long-term business objectives.
In her role as Director of Operations, Kelly will oversee the Arizona organization, including Sales, Customer Service, and Logistics functions. She will play a key role in strengthening operational alignment, enhancing team development, and supporting future growth initiatives.
