Information you enter into WebOAS Mobile is securely transmitted to the WebOAS web portal and associated AGAT Laboratories systems to support laboratory services and maintain your account across supported platforms.

How We Use Your Information

Information collected through WebOAS Mobile is used solely to:

  • Authenticate your account and provide secure access;
  • Process and manage laboratory services, including work orders and samples
  • Synchronize information with the WebOAS web portal, allowing authorized users to securely access and manage information across supported AGAT Laboratories platforms;
  • Provide application notifications and customer support;
  • Maintain the security, performance, and reliability of the application; and
  • Comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

Information Sharing, Storage and Access

Information collected through WebOAS Mobile is securely transmitted to and synchronized with the WebOAS web portal to provide a consistent experience across AGAT Laboratories’ services and enable users to access the same information through supported platforms.

Your information is accessible only to authorized AGAT Laboratories personnel and approved service providers who require access to support the operation of WebOAS Mobile and the WebOAS web portal. Information may also be disclosed where required by law or legal process.

Depending on the services used, your information may be processed or stored in Canada, the United States, or other jurisdictions where AGAT Laboratories or its authorized service providers operate.

Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and protecting the device used to access WebOAS Mobile. If you believe your account has been accessed without authorization or your credentials have been compromised, please notify AGAT Laboratories as soon as possible.

Device Permissions

To support specific application features, WebOAS Mobile may request access to certain device permissions, including:

  • Camera – to scan barcodes or QR codes and capture supporting images or documents.
  • Photos or Storage – to upload existing images or documents.
  • Notifications – to receive updates regarding work orders, samples, or other application-related information.

Permissions are requested only when required for the associated feature and may be managed through your device settings. Declining certain permissions may limit the functionality of the application.

Data Retention and Your Privacy Choices

Information is retained only as long as necessary to provide our services, meet legal, regulatory, contractual, or operational requirements, and resolve disputes where applicable.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting AGAT Laboratories. Certain information may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
