As part of ongoing enhancements to AGAT’s proprietary WebEARTH software for environmental clients, the Sample Tracker feature is now live allowing clients more visibility of their samples from received to results.
Clients can now see more information on their submitted samples in real time as updates become available from the lab. New information includes expected dates of completion, status updates such as sample received and results sent, and invoice details.
“As we enhance WebEARTH, we’re aiming for improved optimization and workflow for our clients, enhancing the experience end to end” says Marissa Reckmann, CEO, AGAT Laboratories. “We understand the magnitude of what our clients deal with on a daily basis and we are focused on making our part of their journey better.”
For added accessibility and speed, samples are now searchable by date range, work order number, project number, and consultant.
In addition, clients can request changes to their sample analysis — such as sample description, project name, requested turnaround time, invoice contact, and more — directly in the tool.
“Alongside our team’s expertise in improving our digital products, we’re also listening to what our clients need and we’re working requested features into our enhancements,” says Reckmann.
Clients who wish to try new features in WebEARTH including Sample Tracker, electronic Chain of Custody (ECOC) and electronic bottle order (EBO) can contact their AGAT representative to gain access.
